His Love is out of this world!

The short answer is, Yes, you are. Is it wrong to argue against a lie? The answer to that is no. But make sure you know the truth first.

proclaim the word! Be ready when it is convenient or inconvenient. Confront, rebuke, encourage—with complete patience and instruction.
2 Timothy 4:2

Therefore as you received Messiah Yeshua as Lord, so continue to walk in Him— rooted and built up in Him and established in your faith just as you were taught, overflowing with thankfulness. See that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men and the basic principles of the world rather than Messiah. For all the fullness of Deity lives bodily in Him, and in Him you have been filled to fullness. He is the head over every ruler and authority. In Him you were also circumcised with a circumcision done not by hand, in the stripping away of the body of the flesh through the circumcision of Messiah. You were buried along with Him in immersion, through which you also were raised with Him by trusting in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. When you were dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive together with Him when He pardoned us all our transgressions. He wiped out the handwritten record of debts with the decrees against us, which was hostile to us. He took it away by nailing it to the cross. After disarming the principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in the cross.
Colossians 2:6-15 TLV

We are justified in rebuking someone when they err. However, scripture also exhorts us to do this in kindness. With all long suffering and patience. Not everyone has the discernment to grasp the truth even when we share it with them. But make sure that you yourself know the truth clearly before trying to straighten another person out lest you are the one being rebuked and you don’t even know it.

For with the judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the beam in your own eye? Or how will you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and look, the beam is in your own eye? Hypocrite, first take the beam out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye. Matthew 7:2-5 TLV

Anytime we need to correct someone, make sure it is to win that person to the truth. Not to show how smart you think you are or to puff yourself up or to think you are better than they are.

Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Torah?” And He said to him, “‘You shall love Adonai your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire Torah and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Matthew 22:36-40 TLV

Stay humble and esteem others better than yourself. Be a servant, not a leader. Only Messiah has the preeminence.

Do nothing out of selfishness or conceit, but with humility consider others as more important than yourselves, looking out not only for your own interests but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves, which also was in Messiah Yeshua,
Philippians 2:3-5 TLV

But you are not to be called rabbi; for One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers.  Matthew 23:8 TLV

Rebuking False Teachers

First, woman are to never teach men whether it’s behind the pulpit, on social media or on the street. They are to never usurp authority over men.

Let a woman receive training in a quiet demeanor with complete respect for order. But I do not allow a woman to train or dictate to a man, but to be in a quiet demeanor. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. Also Adam was not deceived but the woman—being deceived, she fell into transgression.
1Ti 2:11-14 TLV

To the woman He said, “I will greatly increase your pain from conception to labor. In pain will you give birth to children. Your desire will be toward your husband, yet he must rule over you.”
Genesis 3:16 TLV

All one has to do is walk into most Christian bookstores or get involved in social media to realize that false teaching is alive and well. So how should a torah pursuant person respond?

For there are many who are rebellious, vain talkers and deceivers, especially those from the circumcision. They must be silenced—those who upset entire households by teaching what they should not, for the sake of dishonest gain. One of them, one of their own prophets, said, “Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons.” This testimony is true. For this reason rebuke them sharply, so they might be sound in the faith,
Titus 1:10-13 TLV

The first commandment is to love Elohim (God). When we do this we will defend him and do his will over bowing down to false teachings in the interest of being “nice nice.” And not that we have to be rude, we always need to be kind while defending the word of Elohim.

A wise man knows what to say, when to say it or when not to say it. Let’s not speak in haste. Many times I know what I want to say but realize the way I might say it would turn people away. I will still say it but will take time to think on how I will say it or not to say it, maybe choosing to say something else that will solve the problem so that I don’t represent Messiah in a poor light.

Let us always defend the truth with Messiah’s Love!
