Many years ago as Elohim opened my eyes more I left the Denver based CoG7 and their false teachings behind me, I shook the dust off my feet and moved closer to the throne of Elohim. The Ruach opened my eyes to the lies of the denominations who elevated themselves above the laity. In reality, Messiah told us not to elevate ourselves above other men, that he alone is our Rabbi. Love does not elevate itself above others as the false teachers do.
When I studied the early congregation, taking the preeminence was condemned.
I wrote something to Messiah’s community, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first among them, doesn’t welcome us.
3 John 1:9
In the CoG7 and other denominations men are ordained as Pastor and they run the church, they are the bosses. This is however totally contrary to scripture.
Only Yeshua HaMashiach has the preeminence. It does not belong to the Pastor or anyone else.
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created—in heaven and on earth, the seen and the unseen, whether thrones or angelic powers or rulers or authorities. All was created through Him and for Him. He exists before everything, and in Him all holds together. He is the head of the body, His community. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead—so that He might come to have first place in all things. For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him Colossians 1:15-19
The office of Pastor or Rabbi is commonly a magnet for Narcissistic types who view the role as the “head of the church.” They adhere to a carnal mindset because they are not spiritually minded. Scripturally, the word Pastor is used in plural form. What this means is, there is no Scriptural evidence that there was a singular senior head pastoral practice among the early Ekklesia. Pastor, as many know, is the Latin word for shepherd, and the Greek word for pastors is rendered as poimenas, which also means shepherds. Therefore, a pastor is not a professional title, but a metaphor for one of the various functions of the Ekklesia. A shepherd is a person who cares for and nurtures the people of Elohim, but not within the context of a professional hierarchical title.
I’ve seen the Cog7 threaten legal action because someone used a domain name similar to theirs. They claim they have rights to the CoG7 name and you can’t have a domain name with CoG7 in it. But they don’t realize the term CoG has long been used before the CoG7 and it has CoG in it such as cog.com cog.net cog.net and more. This makes them hypocrites.
Additionally, scripture condemns taking fellow believers to court. The CoG7 is an incorporated business and operates contrary to scripture. They are a carnal entity. The Body of Messiah is one body and not comprised of several bodies trying to over power people. This is what the Goyim (nations) and Babylon does.
The CoG7 doesn’t even obey the very Bible they preach from. To defraud your brother is arrogance and there is no humility in that. I have seen the many narcissists that run the CoG7 and this is one of the major problems. A narcissist isn’t even supposed to be a Pastor. But they are blind to the scriptures because they don’t have spiritual discernment.
I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise one among you, not even one, who shall be able to judge between his brothers? But brother against brother goes to be judged and that before unbelievers! Already, then, there is a failure with you, that you have lawsuits among you. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated? But you yourselves do wrong and cheat, and that to your brothers!

But Yeshua called them over and said, “You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones play the tyrant over them. It shall not be this way among you. But whoever wants to be great among you shall be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you shall be your slave— just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

In the Kingdom of Elohim, ordained spiritual elitism has no foundation since every believer has the discernment from Elohim to recognize those who have particular giftings that Elohim has given them. Among the early Ekklesia, the word “ordain” did not mean to be put into an official title, but rather it was an affirmation of the gifting and character of an individual that is recognized.
When I visited the CoG7 church in Denver, Colorado which is near their main office they were racially segregated. White people on the first floor and Spanish in the basement. The body of Messiah is a spiritual body, it’s not about carnality like I have seen in the CoG7. I’ve also seen racism in another church in this denomination. It is a very carnal church. Where I attend church now, everyone no matter what color skin they have all meet in the same room.
It is Elohim alone who lifts us up. In the false denominations the Pastors are the boss and one Pastor runs the church as the boss. This was not so in the early assembly. There were several Elders and at least one Pastor and each of them took turns speaking on Sabbath. It was not one man running the show. That mindset came out of Babylon and it has crept into many churches unknowingly.
There is a great deception in our day, especially in the denominations who think they have it right. The set apart people are those who Elohim has chosen and called out of this world. We are the body of Yeshua HaMashiach. The denominations create division. But in the Ekklesia (sold out ones) we are united. No denominations exist here.
We are Netzarim Yehudim Chavurah (House of Unity).
