His Love is out of this world!

The power of Elohim’s (God’s) love transforms us from the inside and makes us a new person. We must walk in humility to experience his love. Messiah himself told us he is lowly, so it only stands to reason we must also be lowly. We need to be sheep, not goats. Sheep are gentle, goats are arrogant. When you study the nature of sheep and goats you will understand why the body of Messiah are sheep.

Elohim is love and so all love comes from our Heavenly Father. It is given to Messiah, then to men, from the man to the woman and to the children. Subservience begins with the children and up from there. This is our Heavenly Father’s order.

Love heals all. Whether it pertains to emotions or low self esteem, the love of Messiah heals and restores and drives our fears away.

And we have known and believed the love that Elohim has for us. Elohim is love, and he who stays in love stays in Elohim, and Elohim in him. By this love has been perfected with us, in order that we might have boldness in the day of judgment, because as He is so are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear holds punishment, and he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us. If someone says, “I love Elohim,” and hates his brother, he is a liar. For the one not loving his brother whom he has seen, how is he able to love Elohim whom he has not seen? And we have this command from Him, that the one loving Elohim should love his brother too. 1 John 4:16-21 TS2009

All of Torah and the prophets hang on love. It is the very first commandment. Firstly to love Elohim and then your neighbor as yourself. Without this first, we aren’t actually obeying our Heavenly Father, Yehovah. When I was a young man I had fear caused from abuse. I had anxiety and other such things, all of which is caused by fear. In that state I did not have shalom. But as Elohim showed me his love and poured it out on me it drove the fear away. I live in shalom even in the midst of the storms of life. You can too if you seek his love. Many years ago before we had internet I sought Elohim about how to get rid of my fears. I knew what was within me but didn’t know how to get rid of it. He showed me to focus on his love. Later I read it in my Bible and his word became alive to me.

I remember wondering what I would have been had I not been affected by the abuse, the hurt and pain of the past. But has Elohim poured out his love on me and healed me emotionally, I came to understand who I am.

It didn’t happen all at once, it came little by little. I liken it to ascending a mountain. We only see a little way up the mountain and as we climb we see a little more along the way. We come to plateau’s along the way and rest for awhile. We heal and move on again, ascending the mountain, seeing more and healing more. We see a bit more each time and our eyes are opened more. Our life is transformed in the Father’s healing love.

But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.  Psalms 22:3-5 KJV

Praise Yah! For it is good to sing praises to our Elohim. For it is pleasant – praise is fitting. יהוה builds up Yerushalayim, He gathers the outcasts of Yisra’ěl – He heals the broken-hearted And binds up their wounds. He appoints the number of the stars, He gives names to all of them. Great is our Master and mighty in power, There is no limit to His understanding. יהוה lifts up the meek ones, He throws the wrong ones down to the ground. Respond to יהוה with thanksgiving; Sing praises on a lyre to our Elohim,  Psalms 147:1-7 TS2009

Raise a shout for יהוה, All the earth! Serve יהוה with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that יהוה, He is Elohim; He has made us, and we are His – His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him; bless His Name. For יהוה is good; His loving-commitment is everlasting, And His truth, to all generations. Psalms 100:1-5 TS2009

If you want Elohim to be in your midst, praise him. We can pull down the power of love and receive the Father’s blessing.
